Return & Refund Policy

At Football Club Font, we strive to provide high-quality digital products (TTF, OTF, CDR, PDF vector and font files). Because our products are digital assets that are downloaded instantly upon purchase, they cannot be physically returned or exchanged.

1. No Returns & No Refunds Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the intangible nature of digital software and digital downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the download link has been provided or accessed.
  • GMC Compliance: In accordance with standard global digital asset policies and Google Merchant Center guidelines, all sales of downloadable products are considered final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions (Defective Files)

We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. A refund or exchange may be issued ONLY under the following circumstance:

  • Corrupted or Defective Files: If the downloaded font or file is technically corrupted, broken, or does not function as advertised, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 3 business days of being notified.

If you encounter any technical issues with your purchased files, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected]. Please include:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. A brief description of the technical issue
  3. Screenshots or error logs showing the problem
